Are there any income limits to determine who is eligible to take the tax credit?

Yes. Single or head-of-household taxpayers can claim the credit if their adjusted gross income is less than $125,000. For married taxpayers filing a joint tax return, the limit is $225,000.

How do I get my tax credit?

Fill out “Form 5405” (we have them available, choose location on the right) and enter the amount of your credit on line 69 of your 1040 Tax Return. It’s that easy!

When Does The Program Expire?

Contracts must be written before April 30, 2010.
